The purpose of the Hamilton Amateur Radio Club Swap Net is to provide a meeting place for Buyers, Sellers and Traders to list their Amateur equipment items on a Non Commercial basis. Anyone is welcome to list their amateur items on the Swap Net, you do not have to be a member of the Hamilton Amateur Radio Club to make a listing.

Your use of this system is entirely at your own risk and is an indication of your acceptance of our rules and policies. In the event that you have a dispute with one or more users, you hereby release The Hamilton Amateur Radio Club, its officers, members, agents and successors in rights from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind or nature, known or unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way related to such disputes and / or our services.

Please tune in to the Club's Repeater, VE3NCF at 146.760 MHz (-) every Tuesday Evening (except July and August) at 20:00 (8:00 pm) local time for the weekly SwapNet.

• To use the Swapnet ad system, you must be a registered user on this site. Please use your Callsign as your username when registering.

• When activating your account for the Swapnet, please indicate your Callsign where applicable.

• Every effort will be made to read the ads on the air each week for the duration of its posting on this site. In order to ensure your ad is posted and ready to be read on-air, please be sure to submit your ad 24-48 hours before our Tuesday night Swap Net.

• Please submit separate ads in their appropriate categories. This will make it easier for others to find what they are looking for, and easier for you to sell your item.

• There is a limit of 20 ads per user published at any one time. If while using our system you find this number to be too low, contact us and we will change it.

• The ad will automatically expire from the Web site either 15, 30, or 45 days from the listing date. This value is set by you when you submit your ad.

• Once an ad expires, you may relist the ad for another run. Just send an email with the AD REF.# and indicate how long you'd like it to be listed (15, 30, 45 days (default is 15)) to
