You can now apply for a new or renew your existing membership right from our web page! Fill out the on-line form and submit it, and you’re in! You can pay your dues by mailing in a cheque, by cash at the next general meeting, or via secure credit card or paypal payment.
If you would like to become a new member of the Hamilton Amateur Radio Club, or renew your current H.A.R.C. membership, please complete the Hamilton Amateur Radio Club Membership Registration Form. You can open and print it by left – clicking on the link, or if using windows, right click and ‘save link as’ to a directory on your computer.

Primary Membership: $31.00/yr ($11.00 R.A.C Insurance surcharge will apply to all non R.A.C. memberships)
Family Membership: $6.00/yr for each additional member ($11.00 R.A.C Insurance surcharge will apply to all non R.A.C. memberships)
- 50% discount on a 1-year membership ($16.00) if you live 40 KM away from the HARC mailing address, listed above.($11.00 R.A.C Insurance surcharge will apply to all non R.A.C. memberships)

A note about our membership year:
Our year runs parallel to the school year. We start club meetings on the third Wednesday of September, and our last meeting is the third Wednesday of June. Our fiscal year starts on Sept. 1 and ends on Aug. 31.
We do pro-rate new memberships, so if you join in April we’ll adjust your dues to discount the months you’ve missed. However, we DO NOT pro-rate renewals, so there’s no reason not to pay your dues on time!
