The Hamilton Amateur Radio Club held their first summer barbeque at Paul and Carol Fleck’s residence in Freelton, on August 09 2014.
Thank you Paul and Carol for the use of your beautiful home and grounds for our first venue of this sort. It was a lovely day of fun, laughter and community between hams and their spouses / friends. Many took the advantage of having a poolside dunk in the inground pool before settling in on the salads, bbq meats, fresh corn and the many fruits brought for the potluck feast. After surveying the grounds for antenna possibilities with the fellows, Paul is probably more confused now on what he should erect for his antennas. It was a great day.
Thank you to all in attendance!
